It was a good experience with multiple bag

We have always had a good experience with Titan products, and this was our first purchase from IRTH. We were impressed by the quality standards, especially the excellent fit, finish, and craftsmanship of the bags. We were able to find a product that perfectly matched our needs and preferences. What truly stood out, however, was the shopping experience. We had initially planned to explore a few more stores in Phoenix Mall before making a decision, but we ended up purchasing from IRTH largely because of the exceptional customer service.Kural was incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic throughout our visit. She took the time to understand our requirements and guided us through a wide range of options without ever making us feel pressured to buy. She listened carefully, acknowledged our preferences, and maintained a genuinely customer-first approach with absolutely no upselling. We also ended up purchasing perfumes. Even at the billing stage, the team spent considerable time helping us explore different fragrances. They proactively assisted us in trying various options, explained the fragrance notes and profiles clearly, and never pushed us toward larger or more expensive bottles. Their recommendations were thoughtful and aligned with our preferences. We left the store genuinely happy with our shopping experience. Great products certainly matter, but it is outstanding service and a customer-centric approach that create lasting impressions and make customers want to return. Thank you, Kural and the IRTH team, for making our visit so enjoyable.

Harish showed all the designs so patiently and explained everything so well.
